Enfuegoinc 13:53, August 19, 2011 (UTC)Now our gardens are showing the work we put in from the spring and summer. Carrots, tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, lettuce, and cabbage just to name a few. You can almost fill yourself up each day with all the fresh foods coming your way. If you cannot eat it fresh, then you should dehydrate everything you can. Now, all that hard work can benefit you and your families for close to a year.

Healthy Foods from Your Garden

Cleaning your vegetables, slicing them, and then placing them into a high quality food dehydrator is the next step. Don't forget to clean that cutting board before and after you begin to slice. At this stage, you certainly do not wish to transfer bacteria to or from your fresh foods and/or cutting board.

You can arrange these and organize them on the sheets and trays used for your food dehydrator. At this point, you can eat as much as you like with raw healthier food, or you can dehydrate as much as you wish. Wasting fresh fruit and vegetables no longer needs to happen with a food dehydrator purchased from a quality site . Now, you can and will benefit from all your hard work. So smile, you earned it!
