You can almost fill yourself up each day with all the fresh foods coming your way. If you cannot eat it fresh, then you should dehydrate everything you can. Now, all that hard work can benefit you and your families for close to a year.
Cleaning your vegetables, slicing them, and then placing them into a high quality food dehydrator is the next step. Don't forget to clean that cutting board before and after you begin to slice. At this stage, you certainly do not wish to transfer bacteria to or from your fresh foods and/or cutting board.
