  • 25 grams wheat flour

Directions Edit

  1. Weight potato flakes, rice flour, wheat flour and potassium and add to blender. Weigh and add peanut butter. Add a bit of cinnamon and water.
  2. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds.
  3. Drink as a beverage.
