  1. Boil the chicken breasts until well-cooked.
  2. Remove the bones from the chicken.
  3. Put the chicken in a food blender with 1½ cups of milk and the cardamom.
  4. Blend thoroughly then strain through a fine mesh metal sieve.
  5. Sweeten the remaining milk.
  6. Add the rose water and bring to a boil over low heat.
  7. Add the blended chicken to the milk and stir.
  8. Add the rice flour, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  9. Pour the mixture into a dish and leave aside to thicken.
  10. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon, and place in the refrigerator to cool.
