- Juice of one lime
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 3 cups honeydew melon chunks

Squeeze the lime juice into a microwave-safe bowl. Break the rosemary sprigs in half. Add the rosemary and honey to the lime Juice. Microwave on high 30 - 40 seconds or until fragrant. Let cool 1 - 2 minutes.
Remove and discard the rosemary sprigs. Whisk the sauce until blended. Stir in the honeydew until lightly coated. This can also be served drizzled over honeydew pieces.
