Healthy Quinoa

Serves 4-6 people



  1. Rinse quinoa.
  2. Place quinoa, water, salt, onion and garlic in pot.
  3. Cover and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add tomatoes, simmer for 5 more minutes.
  6. Turn heat off and fluff quinoa with a fork.
  7. Stir in cilantro and feta.
