Green or unripe papaya sliced thinly with vinegar and salt. A very simple salad.

  • white vinegar
  • salt (asin)

1.)Peel the papaya, cutting it in half, then discarding the seeds. 2.)Then sliced the papaya flesh into small thin pieces or grate the papaya flesh. 3.)The pieces are then dressed in vinegar and salt.
