  • organic fresh/dried herbs of your choosing
  • evoo
  • organic portabella caps
  • organic whole wheat hamburger buns
  • organic provolone cheese slices

Directions Edit

This is a REALLY easy and tasty meal and really healthy! Take your portabella caps and wash them. Take the EVOO and add to it whatever herbs you would like to add! I use a blend of dried and fresh herbs including black pepper, rosemary, oregano, basil, cumin, and sea salt. Brush the mushrooms heavily and let sit while your grill heats up to cooking temperature. Also brush the insides of the buns with the same mixture. Grill your mushrooms until they are nice and cooked, brushing them with more herbed evoo every time you turn them. Once done, remove from grill and lay one slice of cheese on each cap. Grill your buns open-faced down until toasted. Garnish and enjoy!
