Orange Banana Smoothie

Wake up your taste buds in the morning with this delicious, and most importantly, healthy, smoothie. It is free of refined sugars and is naturally gluten-free. Sweet, juicy oranges are blended with tangy lime juice, strawberries and a bit of banana to create a beverage that will help you start your day off right. Each serving is about 130 calories, so pair it with a bowl of your favorite cereal or other favorite breakfast foods to create a filling, long-lasting meal.


  • 1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice (around 4 large oranges)
  • 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 cup strawberries, tops removed, and sliced in half
  • 1 to 1 1/2 ripe bananas


Combine the orange juice, lime juice, strawberries and bananas in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into individual glasses and refrigerate until cold.
