- 1 box sugar free orange Jell-O
- 1 can mandarin oranges, packed in natural juice or water, drained
- Chopped walnuts (amount will vary based on your preferences; you can also use other nuts, too - the above picture shows this made with chopped pecans)
Directions[]
Prepare the Jell-O according to the package directions. Chill the Jell-O until partially gelled.
Gently stir in the mandarin oranges and the nuts until well-combined. Put back into the fridge and chill until fully set.
Spoon into small dessert dishes and top with a dollop of whipped cream, if you must indulge.
