I didn't know that this was a gluten free recipe, but this was what I got in my Daily Gluten Free Today. It is very tasty and healthy. Read your labels carefully as always

  1. Preheat gas grill.
  2. Drizzle chicken with olive oil and season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Cook chicken over a medium flame for about 10 minutes.
  4. Flip chicken and place lemon slices over chicken.
  5. Cook chicken over lowest heat setting for 30–40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove chicken from grill and sprinkle with Italian parsley and balsamic vinegar.
