Very tasty but is more of a soupy lasagna then solid squares.

Ingredients[]

  • Box of lasagna noodles (cook before using)
  • package of mozzarella cheese
  • cottage cheese
  • jar of spaghetti sauce

Directions[]

Layer the above ingredients in a microwavable dish with lid. Start with the lasagna noodles and build with the cottage cheese then mozzarella cheese and cover with the spaghetti sauce. Repeat for 3 to 4 layers. Place in the microwave on high for 20 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes.
