Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Yields: Depends on how many peaches you use
Description[]
A lightly grilled fruit to use as a side dish or salad
Ingredients[]
- peaches
- blue cheese
- salt and pepper
- raspberry vinaigrette
Directions[]
Peel and slice peaches in half, removing the pit. Brush with some light raspberry vinegrette, and a bit of salt and pepper.
Heat grill to medium, and grill peaches on both sides, for about three minutes per side.
To serve, simply sprinkle crumbled blue cheese, over the top of each half. Can serve like this as a side to meat, or over side salad or lettuces.
