  1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. Add to 1 quart of cold water in saucepan.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until simmering and thick.
  4. Use over enchiladas or to season grain dishes.
  5. Suggestions: refrigerate extra sauce.
  6. Double or triple the dry ingredients.
  7. Store the dry mix in a tightly closed jar.
  8. Use ¾ cup of the dry mix to one quart of cold water to make sauce.
