  • Vietnamese noodles
  • 1 - 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1/4 cup broccoli, chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1/8 cup peanuts, crushed

Directions Edit

1. Boil water in a small pot.

2. When the water is boiled, place the vietnamese noodles inside.

3. Add in the carrots, broccoli, and cook everything until somewhat soft and done.

4. Drain the water.

5. Season salt and pepper.

6. Put the oyster sauce inside and mix well with everything.

7. Add in the peanuts and combine well.
