This salad can be prepared in just a few minutes and serves 6 people.
- 1 lb. carrots, peeled and shredded
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 large onion, cut into bite-sized
- 2 tbsp. orange juice—chunks
- 1 dash orange-blossom water
- ¾ cup radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 dash cinnamon
- ½ cup cilantro, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- Pita wedges
