This is a twist on a smoothie. Rather than adding sugar, honey, or juice, peaches are used for sweetness. Rather than using ice to thicken the shake, frozen fruit is used. 1 serving is very filling, but only is about 3 Weight Watchers points.

Ingredients Edit

  • peaches, organic or canned
  • Stawberries, chopped, frozen
  • Blueberries, frozen
  • Banana
  • Yogurt (plain or fruit-flavored)

Directions Edit

Put 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 banana, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup blueberries, and 1/4 cup peaches in a blender. For more watery shakes, add 1/8 cup water or skim milk (or substitute).
